The next big memecoin is already getting much attention after Pepe Coin (PEPE) made early investors millionaires overnight. It’s ready to give even bigger returns. Little Pepe (LILPEPE) has everything it needs to be the next memecoin to increase value in 2025.

Analysts say a small investment of $100 could turn into $100,000 as the market rallies. This is why LILPEPE might be the memecoin to watch and how it could do even better than PEPE.

Pepe Coin: The memecoin that might do better than Dogecoin in 2025

Pepe Coin (PEPE) is a major player in the memecoin market. It trades at $0.000012, has a market cap of about $5.02 billion, and a 24-hour trading volume of over $978 million.

PEPE’s price is still much lower than its all-time high of $0.00002826, despite its large market cap. This could mean that the price will go up in the future. Analysts say that PEPE could go up 17% to $0.000023 in the next two weeks because of social media hype and increased trading volume. On the other hand, some predictions say that it could drop to $0.000008413 by September 2025.

What makes LILPEPE a good memecoin

When PEPE splashed into the crypto market, it changed people’s thoughts about memecoins. LILPEPE is getting much attention right now, just like PEPE, but it has even more room to grow. LILPEPE is a great way to get in on the ground floor because it only costs $0.0019 during its current presale and has a low market cap and huge upside potential.

Experts say that LILPEPE could rise in value by 12,000% by 2025, making it one of the best memecoins to buy. Having raised more than $17.3 million and currently in stage 10 of its presale, LILPEPE is different from other memecoins because it has real value.

Memecoins like Dogecoin and Shiba Inu became popular because of hype, but LILPEPE is built on a Layer-2 Ethereum-compatible blockchain, making transactions faster and lowering fees. This one-of-a-kind benefit gives it a strong base for long-term growth, making it more than just another “meme coin” but a helpful asset in the DeFi space.

The potential for LILPEPE to grow quickly

Cheap Price, Big Potential: LILPEPE costs only $0.0019, making it an excellent investment for early adopters who want to get in on the next big memecoin success story. The possible returns are enormous. If LILPEPE grows as expected, you could turn $100 into $100,000.

Usefulness of Blockchain: Most memecoins are just hype, but LILPEPE is different because it has real value.

A Layer-2 blockchain: A Layer-2 blockchain, which works with Ethereum, makes transactions faster and cheaper than other memecoins like Dogecoin and Shiba Inu. This makes LILPEPE a unique asset in the crypto space that will last.

Certik Audit and Trust from Investors: One of the most important things that sets LILPEPE apart is its Certik audit. People take memecoins more seriously now, but the LILPEPE audit makes everything easy to see and safe to invest in, as it helps investors’ confidence. This audit increases the project’s credibility, making it attractive to individuals interested in investing in safe and profitable meme coins.

Whale Interest and Help from the Community: Whale investors are already very interested in LILPEPE, which indicates that it could grow quickly. LILPEPE’s price will likely increase significantly as whales keep buying, thanks to retail and institutional investors. The more whales and the community support it, the more its value will likely increase.

How LILPEPE could do better than PEPE

PEPE made a big splash in 2024, but LILPEPE could do even better in 2025 for several reasons:

LILPEPE’s small market cap: LILPEPE has more room to grow because its market cap is much smaller than PEPE’s. People who invest early can take advantage of the low price and get much bigger returns than people who invest in more established meme coins.

Real Use and Security: LILPEPE’s Layer-2 blockchain and Certik audit give it real-world use and security, a feature not previously available to PEPE. This means that LILPEPE is more than just a meme; it is a real asset that could change the meme coin market.

Huge Growth Potential: PEPE’s gains were terrific, but LILPEPE could do even better because it combines meme culture, blockchain technology, and investor confidence like no other coin. Analysts say that LILPEPE could go up by a massive 12,000% in 2025, making it one of the best meme coin investments.

How to get LILPEPE before it costs skyrockets

Citigroup Weighs Stablecoin and Crypto ETF Custody—$2.57T Giant Eyes Payments Push

Citigroup is exploring a major expansion into the digital asset space, with plans that could put the $2.57 trillion banking giant at the center of stablecoin custody, crypto ETF infrastructure, and blockchain-based payments. Speaking to Reuters, Biswarup Chatterjee, Citi’s global head of partnerships and innovation for its services division, said the bank is looking at providing custody for the high-quality assets that back stablecoins. Citi’s Stablecoin Plans Could Reshape Digital Asset Payments and Settlement Under the GENIUS Act signed into law this year, issuers must hold safe assets like U.S. Treasuries or cash to support their tokens, creating an opening for traditional custody banks to step in. “Providing custody services for those high-quality assets backing stablecoins is the first option we are looking at,” Chatterjee said. Citi’s services arm, which includes treasury, cash management, and payments for major corporations, has been a core part of the bank even as it undergoes a sweeping restructuring. The interest comes as the stablecoin market grows beyond crypto trading into mainstream payments and settlements. McKinsey estimates about $250 billion in stablecoins have been issued, but usage is still largely concentrated within the crypto sector. Citi sees the recent legislation as a turning point. 🏦 Citigroup @Citi is weighing its own stablecoin and diving into tokenized deposits, CEO Jane Fraser said during the Q2 earnings call, signaling a deeper digital pivot. #Citi #Stablecoins https://t.co/95SaJd4U7k — Cryptonews.com (@cryptonews) July 16, 2025 Citi is also considering issuing its own stablecoin, an idea CEO Jane Fraser confirmed in July during the bank’s second-quarter earnings call. “We are looking at the issuance of a Citi stablecoin, but probably most importantly is the tokenized deposit space, where we’re very active,” Fraser told analysts at the time. She said the goal was to modernize infrastructure and deliver “the benefits of advancements in stablecoin and digital assets to our clients in a safe and sound manner.” Citi’s ambitions extend beyond stablecoins. The bank is examining custody services for the crypto assets underpinning exchange-traded funds. Since the SEC approved spot bitcoin ETFs last year, the largest, BlackRock’s iShares Bitcoin Trust, has amassed a market cap of around $90 billion. “There needs to be custody of the equivalent amount of digital currency to support these ETFs,” Chatterjee noted. Coinbase currently dominates the ETF custody space, serving more than 80% of issuers. On the payments front, Citi already offers “tokenized” U.S. dollar transfers via blockchain between accounts in New York, London, and Hong Kong, operating 24 hours a day. The bank is now developing services to let clients send stablecoins between accounts or instantly convert them into dollars for payments. Chatterjee said discussions with clients are underway to identify use cases. Regulators, once cautious about traditional banks entering the crypto sector, have adopted a more accommodating stance under the current U.S. administration. Still, Citi will need to comply with anti-money laundering rules and international currency controls. Custody operations, Chatterjee stressed, must ensure assets were used for legitimate purposes before acquisition and must be backed by robust cyber and operational security. Fraser has framed Citi’s approach as a response to client needs and the broader shift toward always-on, instant settlement. “Digital assets are the next evolution in the broader digitization of payments, financing, and liquidity,” she said. “Ultimately, what we care about is what our clients want and how do we meet that need.” With $2.57 trillion in assets under custody, Citi’s entry into stablecoins and ETF crypto custody could reshape how traditional finance integrates with the digital asset economy. They cited Treasury estimates that interest-bearing stablecoins could trigger up to $6.6 trillion in deposit outflows, increasing funding pressure on banks and money market funds. The groups stressed that bank deposits remain a key source for loans, while stablecoins are not designed for lending and lack equivalent oversight. They warned that joint marketing between issuers and exchanges could accelerate withdrawals in times of stress, raising borrowing costs for households and businesses. They called for extending the prohibition to all intermediaries handling stablecoin transactions. The push comes amid rapid sector growth. CertiK reports stablecoin supply rose from $204 billion to $252 billion in early 2025, with USDT dominating and USDC expanding to $61 billion. PayPal’s PYUSD doubled via a Solana integration and launched a 3.7% yield program. Coinbase and PayPal maintain their reward programs, arguing the ban applies only to issuers. Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse predicts the market could grow to $2 trillion , driven by institutional adoption and regulation.
